Welcoming Italian charm, especially for our baby. Beautiful park-like grounds which made the hotel feel like a resort, interesting orginal art collection, easy to spend a lot of time here. We stayed for 6 nights with our baby and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly (including phoning toy stores for us to return a baby toy that didn't work, ordering delivery pizza for us when our sleep-deprived baby jet lag time table had us hungry at unusual times). The rooms were small by North American standards, but very clean and well furnished. It was a pleasure to stay there, great hospitality.

During this summer, I had a wedding in Iseo. Me and all my guests ( 60 people ) stayed at Iseolago hotel. I had many good feedbacks, and they gave us all the help we could get during this week we stayed there. Professional staff, helpful and caring. I could not give this hotel anything negative ! The walk to the city is about 15 minutes.. and you need that after eating som much good food and drinking so much fine Franciacorta wine. Very close the hotel you find green areas closing to the lake.. so if you want you can go for a swim also in the lake itselfes.

Just about to leave the Iseo Lago and what a hotel it is! Right from the point of booking Elena on reception has been the perfect host. From helping us to book our transfers to the wonderful warm welcome we received upon arrival. Our checkin was faultless. Elena greeted us with warmth and friendliness and went out of her way to ensure we were happy. She explained the grounds, the lido, the services and we even received a free upgrade which was amazing. We also got given an extra few hours in our room before we had to check out as we had a very late flight home. Such thoughtful service :) The hotel staff were amazing from Benny in the bar being the loveliest of people we could wish to meet. The team in the breakfast area were on point and the guys by the pool area were incredible. Everything we ate, drank, bought was spot on. The town is a good 15/20 minute walk so come prepared if you’re not good on your feet, but if you are, then it’s definitely worth it. The entire place is simply beautiful. We will definitely be back and we will definitely recommend this amazing hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay so perfect!

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed 3 nights half board as part of a coach holiday. Good all round hotel, food, service, staff etc. Would definately reccomend this hotel for a short break in a very quiet, picturesque and little known lake area of Italy.

Everything about this 4*hotel exudes quality, comfort and friendliness. The reception staff were friendly and looked after us. Our room 204 was very comfortable with 6ft bed, air conditioning, mini bar and balcony which looked out over well kept gardens, semi-covered terrace with seating, outside apartments and pool, all surrounded by wonderful mountains. We could choose whether to dine inside or outside on the cooled, covered terrace where the maitre d and waiters were very caring with language and my dietary needs. The housekeeping staff were very efficient, clean towels every day etc. We would recommend it.

A really good hotel and well located by the side of the lake and a short walk into Iseo. Good points: 1. Bed Room is spacious and in good condition as well as the clean functional shower room. 2. Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. 3. Public areas of the hotel are pleasant and a good place to watch the hotel at work and play. 4. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. 5. The spa area is available at cost which is good to unwind in. Areas to work on: 1. Have a pool that is open all year round as it I was disappointed at not being able to swim at the beginning and of each day.
